Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $100.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at any time.

Shipping Delays IMAJÉ Authentics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or any other circumstances outside our control. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages IMAJÉ Authentics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

International Orders International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes applied by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the delivery carrier.
